Starr Aircraft has an FAA approved burn testing facility. Oil burn capabilities to support 14CFR 25.853(c) requirements are a key service provided. We support OEM TSO projects as well as coordinating with local FAA representatives for PMA and Owner Operator projects. Starr utilizes a Horizontal Burn Chamber and Vertical Burn Chamber to conduct frequent product evaluations and support 14CFR 25.853(a) requirements.
